disembodied voice

While exploring the Kings Park Psychiatric center one day years back, I was spoken to by a disembodied voice. I was standing behind one of the abandoned buildings on the complex taking pictures and feeling the eerie vibe. It was a quiet day with absolutely no-one around, and while taking pictures of the old empty buildings a woman's voice was heard by me asking me "can I help you". I was abit caught off guard not expecting a voice to come from behind the building. When I turned about to see whom was asking me the question, I realized that I was alone, and yet this voice was loud and clear. I knew right there that a paranormal event had happened. I searched the surrounding area inside and out and to no avail. I have gone back many times at both daylight and nightime hours and have not been able to experience her voice since. Who was she? What did she want? Will she lead me to other souls who have yet to "cross over"?
